Michael Warden - Interventional Pain Management Physician
Dr. Warden completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He comes to us following the completion of his Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, where he also received his medical degree. Dr. Warden is a two-time high school state wrestling champion in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In his free time, Dr. Warden enjoys blacksmithing, strategic board games, cooking, gardening, and chicken farming. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Warden, his wife, and four children to the Atlantic Coast Spine & Pain family.
Nick Sottile - Physician Assistant Pain Management
Nick Sottile is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Nick was born and raised in South Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Delaware, where he met his wife Kayla. After working for a couple of years, Nick attended PA school at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and spends his spare time sitting on the beach or playing golf. Nick is very excited to join Dr. Kline and the rest of the team at Atlantic Coast Pain Specialists in giving patients the best care possible with the hopes of improving their quality of life.
Miriam Overholser - Physician Assistant Pain Management
Miriam Overholser is a nationally certified physician assistant. Miriam was raised in Loris, SC. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Coastal Carolina University with a major in Exercise and Sport Science. She then attended High Point University in North Carolina and obtained her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Miriam currently lives in Carolina Forest with her husband and two dogs. During her free time she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, spoiling her dogs, and spending time with her family. She is honored to be able to provide care for the wonderful individuals in this community that she has grown to love.
Brian Forbus - Physician Assistant Adult Medicine
Brian Forbus is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Brian was born in Montgomery, AL but spent part of his childhood in both Germany and Australia, as a self-proclaimed military brat of the USAF. He graduated from Socastee High School before completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from Coastal Carolina University. He then graduated with his degree in Physician Assisting from the Medical University of South Carolina before finishing his training with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies through the Medical University of Nebraska, Omaha. Brian has worked as a PA in Horry County and the surrounding area for nearly 20 years. He and his wife Kristi have 2 children and reside in Conway. He is a loyal CCU alumnus and an enthusiastic sports fan of both the Crimson Tide and the Chanticleers. Brian is grateful and eager for the opportunity to serve as the primary care provider for Conway and the surrounding area with Dr. Kline and the Atlantic Coast Spine and Pain Adult Medicine team.
Catherine Shelton, MPT Physical Therapy
Catherine Shelton, MPT has 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN. Catherine has practiced in Horry County for the last 20 years. She has the privilege to continue to care for the residents of Horry County through Atlantic Coast Spine and Pain Center in Conway, SC.
Nickie Cox - Registered Nurse
Nickie was born and raised in Galivants Ferry SC. She has lived in Conway with her husband and 3 sons for 23 years. Nickie graduated from FDTC in 2006 with a degree in Nursing. She has worked for the past 11 years with a focus on pain management and increasing quality of life for her patients. In her extra time, Nickie enjoys camping, raising Doberman Pinscher puppies, and antique cars. Nickie is thrilled to be part of a practice providing quality care to her community.
Mimi Lee – Medical Biller
Mimi has been in the medical field for over 23 years and has been a part of Dr. Kline's practice since 2016. Her experience includes medical billing and medical assisting. She is a native of Chicago, where she attended Northeastern University, majoring in journalism before choosing a career in the medical field. She currently lives in Conway with her fiancé and two cats. Mimi enjoys hiking, bowling and spending time with her family.
Jill - Billing
Jill is from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania where she and her husband of 35 years raised their two children. She has 16 years of experience in medical billing and administration. Outside of work, she loves to swim, travel and study different cultures. Her dog and 3 cats keep her on her toes.
Kyla - Medical Assistant
Kyla was born and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. She moved to South Carolina in 2016 and will soon be permanently living in Loris. In her free time she enjoys the beach, quality time with her fur-babies and boyfriend, hunting/ fishing, and time with friends and family. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing.
Taylor Graham - Medical Assistant/Scribe/Surgery/Scheduler
Taylor is a medical assistant who assists Dr. Kline with transcribing patient notes and schedules patients for procedures at the surgery center. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She thoroughly enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing so. She looks forward to assisting you.
Courtney Cook – Medical Assistant/Lab
Courtney is a 2015 graduate of Miller-Motte Technical College with a Medical Clinical Assistant Certificate. She has been a part of Dr. Kline’s practice since 2015. She works in the laboratory and helps in the operating room. She currently lives in Galivants Ferry with her fiancé and son. Outside of the office she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Karen Winslow - Certified Medical Assistant
Karen Winslow was born and raised in Northeast Ohio where she met her husband of twenty-six years. She has three children who have grown up to be young adults. Her healthcare career started at the age of sixteen when Karen was a CNA at a nursing home. Karen's passion for helping lead her to several positions in hospital and urgent care facilities as well as family practice. In Karen's free time, she enjoys the beach, gardening, camping, and word games.
